This charger is a smart charger for electric bicycle. It is controlled by MCU and can charge all kinds of lithium batteries. Various protections are completed. It has Germany TUV-GS、Hermes、SAA、CE 、CB、REACH and other safety certifications. This is a green energy-saving environmentally friendly product.


●Automatically adapt to the input wide voltage range(100-240 V).
●Precise output overvoltage protection to prevent the battery from being damaged by over-voltage.
●The charger takes the form of a resonant switch, so its overall loss and output ripple noise are low.
●Smart anti-reverse to prevent the battery from being damaged by too large reverse current, and it will resume to charge the battery automatically after the reverse current is removing,
●The short-circuit protection to prevent damage and unnecessary power loss which are caused by short circuit. It can keep short circuit for a long time. And it will resume to charge the battery automatically after the short circuit is removing,
●It will cut off power automatically if the battery is not fully charged after 8 hours by fast charging. And this action can be adjustable.


1.Within 15 days (based on the delivery data) : Repair fee and shipping costs all free.Buyer return the damaged parts by the cheapest shipping,we’ll pay for the return postage and resend a replacement or we can resend parts to repair.

2.1 Months to 1 year (based on the purchase data): Free repair,buyer pay for return postage and resend postage.

3.1 year to 2 year (base on the purchase data) :Charger repair, buyer pay for return and resend postage.


Q: Color Difference:
A: The pictures showing at our store are taken based on the true products .Because of different monitor and brightness, it’s normal to have tiny color difference,please donnot leave a bad feedback or return goods to us without contacting us!
Q: Delivery Time:

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
